Passed my "billing date" - no points. And where are my reward tokens?

As am I. This is very vexing. My last stipend was Oct 12. Still nada. >.> My next billing is on the 27th, and I'm starting to think I shouldn't renew.

I've also got points last month on 12th, but this month I've got my points normal, 1 day after subscription renew (maybe even less then 1 day, but I wasn't logged to check). So I think form now on we will receive PP on billing date or maybe day after.
Trouble is that all people that had billing date after 12th received their points earlier, so people who's billing date is at the end of the month will have to wait month and half to get new ones. So if your billing date is for ex. 19th, you should have your points on 19th or 20th, even if you received them last time on 12th or 13th.
I don't know what is the situation with people that had billing date before 12th.

I hope you're right. If that is the case, would be nice if they came out and stated it! Would make so many people happier.

My theory is this we will get our Paragon Points when their major product out on the Market.

I agree completely I did not get my September points until after StJ came out and right around the Halloween set.

I wait for October which I thought according to their system I would have received after Nov 12th because of their post from last month and the ticket I received from October over my points.

I think this is a product thing. The big release for November did not happen (it is not the new Non Combat Pet: German Shepard).

After the Halloween Costume ended which was Nov 18th, Friday and the Pilgrim Hat rumored to be coming out would be out for Thanksgiving and a costume set Gunslinger as Titan Weapons are still rumored to be in the playtesting stage now, but I think the Paragon Freedom Convention is interfering with their plans.

I honestly do not think they have the infrastructure for this new Pay as Play System for Freedom completely completed yet.

I have two accounts (mine and my wife's). Neither has gotten a reward token since Freedom launch. I've filed numerous petitions and been mostly ignored my "Customer Support". Several of the petitions they didn't even reply to, and the ones that they did reply to they were very rude in giving me a form letter that basically said that I'm too dumb to know when my billing date is. The last one actually had a part (an automated field?) that said that I should expect to get my reward token on or around <date> and I should be patient and wait. Thing is, that date was a week earlier. I replied "I know I should expect to have gotten my token a week ago, THAT'S WHY I FILED THIS PETITION". No reply. Not getting my reward tokens, which I paid for, is annoying, but I can live with it for the time being. However, I may just quit if I have to deal with Support again. They are very skilled at making me feel like I'm not wanted as a customer.

I, too, have not gotten my November stipend of Paragon Points. I last got Paragon Points on October 12th. I got my Reward Token on Oct 27th.

My billing date, however, is on the 20th. So I'll wait until this weekend and see what happens.

But in any case, this reward system for VIPs certainly seems borked up. You're almost better off not paying the monthly subscription and just playing as a Premium player and plucking down $15 a month on 1200 Paragon Points. The only thing you're really missing out on is the Incarnate trails and a bunch of bugged Signature Story Arcs. At least as a Premium player you get your points and reward tokens all upfront.

I received a response. Will post it below to answer this puzzling question.

Their response:
Hello,

Keep in mind that the Paragon Points were granted early in September and October. This means that everyone with a VIP subscription on October 12th received 400 points on or about October 12th, regardless of their true stipend date. This means that it would have been possible to receive your stipend up to two weeks early resulting in up to six weeks between the October and November stipends.

I am showing that your next stipend date is November 27th, which is more in line with your billing date. Please let us know if you do not have the additional points added by November 28th.

November 21st. It's now past my billing date.

I got my monthly stipend of Paragon Points, so that's working at least.

However, I didn't get my Paragon Reward Token for November. Looks like that's still borked.

i think they designed the system to be much more complex than it had to be

the current plan for the stuff is:
-transfer at beginning of the month
-points on bill date
-token at end of the month

i think ive suggested it to zwill before that they should just award all 3 things to VIPs all on same date that is predetermined in advance (for example like the 1st of the month or first tuesday of the month)

zwill said he would look into it but couldnt go into detail about how or why they decided to award the way they are awarding (although its clearly not working)

Have the same problem, my last billing address was Ot 30th, and I have recieved absolutely nothing since then.

Yes! I'm sure that those crafty marketing people would want to make sure that players have plenty of stipend points around for the sale, and so not have to buy as many extra points to take advantage of it.

I am very sorry for the troubles. Now you know my 7 years with this game and support. I highly recommend that you phone contact with Sales. Its the only place I have gotten support outside live in game GM's.

Ok i received my 550PP today.

as my bill is paid on the 28th, it's not illogic... but only 550 is not enough, as my last 550 PP were deliverred on the 10/12...

So you could give me 550PP on 10/29 and 11/29 : very cool

Or you could give me 550 + 550/2 PP on the 11/29 : exact number of PP you owe me.

But 550 on 10/12 and then 550 on 11/29, is 2 weeks without any paragon point... why?

Why some players would have less Paragon points than others...

Paragon Points begin the same day for everybody, so everybody must have the same amount. And for reminder, PP don't cost you anything... so there is greed in your way of doing this.

if i had created my account 2 days later, i would have had my paragon points for 28 days now, and would have my next point in 2 days... so basicaly i would have 550 more paragon points, is it your logic?

i feel you are stealing PP from me, i can t understand why some players have 550 more paragon points than me, as i could have many years of paying more than them.

the leading word here is : prorata!
