Well, talk about awesome timing. Just decided to work on this last night, not knowing what the themes was. Was going to stick it in my Chibi thread, but this is a much better place.
My main, Gwendolyn Diego, with a costume redesign. This is the look I will probably be commissioning her in for awhile.

Tem, I love the asymmetrical cut of her blazer/jacket, and the framing is perfect for this portrait! The rose is a nice touch.
Caemgen, I like how this theme is open for interpretation. Once I've finished up some of my workload, I'll try to submit something before the end of this month. In the meantime, I'm looking forward to what everyone will come up with!

K, here we go, about 2.5hrs it took in the end. What was most suprising to me as i was doing it, was it does actually look like me!
I know, I know, it's a self portrait, it's supposed to look like me, just didn't think it would... ho hum.
Loving these all and I am very glad to see this Jam actually getting a good amount of participants! But we want more! Keep them coming!!

TBH I'm kinda new too, the style I use was born out of a desire to be able to tell better comic stories (ultimately I'm more of a frustrated writer than an artist

I didn't realize there was a forum for artwork and such until this morning! Anyway, this one was kinda rushed but here goes:

Flame, I love the perspective! It really feels like the character is reaching out of my screen.
Great art here. 3 days left for the jam! I've got a sketch I'd like to add, hope I have enough time to ink it.
Wait. What? How did I get this again?
Well well well, guess I will just have to come up with a theme. Hmmm, Thanksgiving is lame... Occupy Atlas Park might be deemed too political by the whimsical powers that be... Hmm, think I'll go with something easy to try to beef up the participants. So, simple easy theme is: YOU!
