I was hoping to ink and scan this in before the jam ended, but I didn't get the time to. Here's the sketch of my chibified ice/ice dominator:
This will eventually be part of collaborative art with Panda AKA Lady LoveDie, inspired by our characters running through some First Ward story arcs. The picture of the sketch was taken from my camera, so please excuse the grainy quality!

Great job done by all, really! I was suprised and pleased by not just how many submissions we got, but by how awesome they all were! Thank you all...
And now, since a new month has dawned... It is time for me to pass the baton, or torch, or chairmanship, or whatever on to the next victim... errr, person!
And since LimeDolly has been doing a ton of art of late, I am giving the Jam up to her! She will have the honor of picking the December theme! (whether she likes it or not!)
