What badges CANT you get with Flashback?

Hazard-zone badges, the shadow shard, day job badges, trial badges and special Event badges. I'm sure I prob left more out but these come to mind.
Thanks for the answer! Sorry I didnt especify it more, I was asking about badges I could lose while levelling, so I can avoid pestering a friend to help me get it

Safeguard/Mayhem explore badges and Efficiency Expert are the only ones that readily spring to mind. Well, and Negotiator but that should be fixed soon.

Efficiency Expert can't be outleveled, but is not available from Flashback. You get one chance at it.
If you're a hero and miss the Baphomet mission from Angus McQueen, your options for getting the Demon Slayer badge are to switch to villains (Tavish Bell gives a flashbackable mission for it), run a Faathim the Kind TF, or join someone else's mission.
Those and the Safeguard/Mayhem badges are the only ones I'm aware of.

Has a member of the development/community team every stated if they ever plan to add mayhem/safeguard missions to Ouro?

Khel: I'd wager flashbacks to Praet missions. Safeguards/Mayhems can still be attained simply by teaming with a lowbie, or by starting them on your lowbie, getting a team member, quitting, and re-logging on your badger and joining the second person in your alt's mission. AFAIK the praet morality badge missions are solo-only so they're really kinda impossible to get, short of a bug.

even at the ouro crystal operative kuzmin refuses to talk to them
they *might* be able to get it if they run with someone else who is doing the arc though
I'm trying to get this on a hero turned villain but can't select the Lt. Harris arc. Are there other arcs I need to do to unlock him or do I need to find a native villain?

I've never heard any developer comments on the accessibility of Mayhem/Safeguard missions that I can recall.

Wasn't there one other redside accomplishment badge that was unlocked only by a contact arc like Efficiency Expert, and wasn't accessible via flashback?
The old 5th Column badges are gone
Anniversary badges you can't get
I think they made a change recently where the 2nd Anniversary badge that rewarded the 5th Column gladiator badge is now awarded for those who didn't previously qualify for it (I think it was both of the first two years anniversary badges).
I'm having trouble finding the arc that allows you to run Aaron Thiery's arc flashback blueside, even though his arc is on the flashback list, it says you have to complete some other arc to unlock the contact before Ouro will allow you to run it (which seems pretty stupid to have an available arc in the mission list that isn't actually available).

about the new arcs requiring the prereq arcs even through ouro flashbacks was really annoying, i dont believe its a bug but it may be (it wasnt highly mentioned in the beta)
