This could work if it's subtle and fadey, like the Runes one (not unsubtle and irrtating like the Bats one).
Also: /e boomboxoverhead (alternately invoked with /e sayanything)
Could be cool, multicolor notes floating out from you (or one color chosen by you) at set intervals, and maybe a different one that creates a sort of shimmering musical score twisting around your character.
This could be cool.
