I have to agree, would be nice to have a way to acquire this CCE out of season. Spring Fling costume pieces can be unlocked after the season by saving the mission from DJ. Winter emotes / costume pieces can be unlocked at various points throughout the year, as the Ski Chalet does occasionally enjoy out-of-season visitors (and candy canes can be bought & sold via auction houses).
Known new powersets on the way include Titan Weapons and Bo-Staff.

However I would also like the devs to add a similar emote where the birds are white so I can have a Dole/Dule of Doves. I have a concept for a character that would use the black and white emotes to switch between his good and evil persona's.

I love the Murder of Crows CCE, but with that huge 10 costume slots screen we got now, by the time its gone, the CCE is already over.
I hate it.

I forget the exact way to create it because it's been a while but my Magician Sim Sim Salabim uses the Lightning CCE to activate and deactivate his Superior Invisibility.

/bind f1 "cce 0 ccmurderofcrows" will bind f1 to change to your first costume using the Murder of Crows emote. You can replace f1 with any key you like.

I can save Halloween Salvage all year long.
Though, I did get to thinking...they COULD just have the Halloween event popup for one day every now and again.

That aside, +1 for the Crows idea. I know I'll build new bird-things between now and next Halloween, and I'd hate to have to wait a year to get them that CCE.

Put me down for also really wanting this on the market. I understand (and have no problem with) waiting a few months before making in-game unlocks go on sale to reward those who spend the time to earn it, however. Two months seems like about the right amount of time for us to have to wait to buy it.
Also, what about allowing us to buy items from the mansion for our bases? I'd pay for that. I'd also pay for a power that allowed me to start the haunted house mission any time I wanted (out of season).

I really have no problem earning it in the trial, my thought is more in line with new powersets coming out, so new characters coming, and I'd like to beable to have the CCE for them, without having to wait a year to get it again.
OR
A way to have it available in email per character. I could live with this and stock up and/or save one for future character.
