The only one I can think of off the top of my head is Third Degree Byrne who always speaks with the voice of Avery Brooks when I'm writing his speech.

Cerise Dawn - Grey DeLisle, Azula style, 'cause she's an evil b****
Rose Dawn - Alyssa Milano, Phoebe Halliwell style, 'cause she's sorta vigilante, although if you wanted that, you'd probably go with Shannen Doherty as Prue... but I'm not. 
Homeslicer - Jackie Earle Haley, Rorschach style. Mysterious, tough, and gravelly voiced.
Big Thing - Gregg Berger, Grimlock of the Dinobots style. This is absolutely, exactly, what I 'hear' when I type as Big. "Me am Big! Me strong! Smash puny spiderguys! RAWR!"

In my head, Jay Reynolds (the original Crimson Archer) has always sounded like Nathan Fillion, albeit with a slightly more exaggerated southern accent!
Jacqueline Lyndon, aka Wild Cat, would sound like Eliza Dusku.

My main, Claws and Effect, would be voiced by Steve Blum, using his Spike Speigel/Mugen voice.
My DM/SR brute, Tsepes, would be voiced by Crispin Freeman (Alucard from Hellsing is his best known voicework)
My BS/DA scrapper would be voiced by, well, me. Since he IS me, only with a demonic soul-sucking sword.
