Warehouse performance issue
This game doesn't really play all that well with multiple videocards and even less so with CrossfireX. Then again not sure if anyone checked with the new 11.9 drivers.

anyone know about crossfire?
That room is infamous for causing problems, I'm not sure changing anything on your system would help.

Preatorean lab maps don't seem to play nice, either. But they're less of a problem.

Kinda reminds me of the arachnos maps when CoV first launched lol.
Pointing your camera straight down and zooming out (if necessary) should help. It is a horribly designed map.

Yeah, a couple of those new warehouse rooms are about as bad as Arachnos base maps were before they fixed them to run smoother.

Yep, there was some speculation that a patch a little while ago might have helped with those maps, but I've not seen any improvement. Still having huge problems with the warehouse map.

Oh, wow you know this is actually a bit of a relief, I thought it was just my system XD
Turning off reflection has helped me some in those rooms, but not a perfect fix. I think it's the sheer amount of surfaces the game is drawing.
At least, without reflection, it's one less thing for the card to compute for the surfaces.
The Praetorian labs become much much smoother by dropping the subtle reflection on those walls.... on my machine.
That said, I'm not running a great video card / system, but it's good enough for lower end ultramode shadows, and full reflect, and water outside etc.

Hello folks.
I have major performance problems in a map I have been in a couple times in Praetoria with a very large warehouse room. I would like to know if adding a second vid card would fix this before i go out and buy one without being able to test it first. I have a single AMD Radeon HD 6900 Series card currently.
Will this fix this for me?
