If you could, please paste the Data chunk and/or the Data link so we can open it in Mids.

I can't seem to open the link either. I would only use a couple slots in Targeting Drone as the Gaussian final set bonus more benefits positional defense rather than type. With the extra slots, improve Combat Readiness. Not only does it add +tohit/damage but it also automatically puts your Combat Level to 3.

My take on your build loses some haste (10%) for better defense numbers (being over cap for s/l/e is good for incarnate content and defense debuffs) Slotted your attacks properly (they were unslotted) dropped one of your attacks as you will not need it in the finished build (though you may want it as you are leveling) and if energize/energy drain are good enough you can even run the targeting drone (but i'm not completely sure on that.)

why the HOs ?

it's just a matter of squeezing a little more def and end redux into the existing build. it would work fine with em, but i tend to add a couple in all my builds to eek out an extra 1-2% defense.

I noticed you use Musculature, as opposed to Spiritual. Any particular reason?

It is a very cool build and not *crazy* expensive, which is cool. Only bummer I could see was lack of Overload? I mean that is such a great T9 relatively speaking (HP is effectively +Res, and improves Energize right?).

Also it looked like you have Entropic Aura set "on" for 10 targets which is really upping your recharge across the board. With only 1 target it looks a lot more normal.

General reason to use spiritual on a scrapper is to get permahasten if you get that already musculurate gives more DPS than spiritual. Especially if you can run your top attack chain (in most sets you can run your top attack chain once you perma hasten)

Well, what if you weren't using Hasten (yes, I know, blasphemy).

I've got a Street Justice/Energy Aura build I'm working on which doesn't include Hasten, so I'm wondering if I should use Musculature or Spiritual.

Its not blasphemy and its very plausible to not use hasten in StJ set just like in Double Blades. Its a combo building set so you will be using 3 combo builder attack+your finisher I doubt except tier 9 you will ever need hasten to run in a top attack chain and from what I see without an expensive build it would be hard to run tier 9 in a fast attack chain even with hasten.

EDIT: For a comparision. If you are adding spiritual to compnesate not including hasten here are some numbers. Hasten gives %70 global recharge which is not effected by ED. Spiritual gives all of your powers %45 recharge which only two-third won't be effected by ED so you get %30+ recharge out of it even at T4.

The defense T9s are pretty redundant once you softcap without them. At this point, Overload is just a 3min +hp buff that crashes you. Energy Aura's all about staying in the fight and being constantly surrounded by mobs, like Ice Armor. Keep Entropic saturated and ED/Energize are up much quicker.

Of course, that's just the case for IO builds or Tanker SR. On SOs or frankenslotted builds you will get more out of those defense T9s because you won't be softcapped at all times.
