Issue 16 made me feel like this.

I claimed everything in mail box and still email is in red.
Well my primary issue was not being able to claim all because some of the stuff was for 50s only. On a new toon that was very annoying but thanks to_KlaW_ I learned you can hide the unclaimable stuff.
However that does raise the issue that if some items are account wide, such as chest emblems, auras etc, it'd be very nice to be able to claim them before rolling a new toon so it can come out of the box with new shinies.
Also some items should be able to be claimed more than once - and whilst some prefer the new system the pre-freedom vet rewards did allow far more flexibility due to a much nicer interface., IMO

Account and Character are empty for this toon. I have an email I read, do I need to do something to flag it as read for game?

Good news for people annoyed about base items:
There's a fix for this in the works. You'll likely see it in issue 21.5. Instead of needing to claim base items multiple times you'll only need to claim them once. Then you can place the items an infinite number of times.

The only thing to me is it seems Account Items and Character Items are named in reverse. You get 1 account item per character and 1 character item per account. Seems that it should be the other way around.

Your whole account gets the rewards (Account Items) and only one character can get the reward (Character Items).

My mistake, I should have read it closer - but I wanted to open up the tier 9 costume options, so rushed through it.
