Buffs/nerfs not listed in recent patch notes?

I heard a rumor that there were a few power changes, buffs, and nerfs in I21 that didn't make it into the patch notes. Specifically, someone mentioned a change to Kinetic Melee's cone power, Repulsing Torrent.

Can anyone confirm or deny this for me, or point out any other stealth changes?

Yeah, I'd be more likely to just reject it as pure rumor mill if it weren't for the following -

1) Buffs and nerfs have been published in the past without making it into patch notes.

2) The rumor came from a reasonably reliable source (a post by a developer on the MIDs forum).

3) The rumor was not a huge "OMG DID YOU HERE THEY MADE HASTEN PERMA?" kind of crazy thing. It was more like "They tweaked the numbers a little and didn't say anything."

Well, City of Data matches what's in-game, which CoD hasn't been updated since May so I'm going to say no, there was no change to Repulsing Torrent.

CoD doesn't have the newest power sets, so it could be behind with info on the other power sets as well.

Which was the point. CoD, the OLD data, matches what's in game now. Hence, no nerf.

*puts on Al foil hat, with grounding strap*

Brute damage was nerfed.

If they changed it from knockback to knockdown it would be great. But a ranged hefty knockback on a melee set is just......eh.

Let's get the rumor mill started on a new one!

Knockback will be buffed on Tuesday. Indeed, all powers that didn't do knockback before, now do. This will be keeping with the theme of comic book style play, and will enhance the F2P player's perception of the game.

I find your lack of signature disturbing.

Specifically Burn will now have a magnitude 15 knockback.
