Super Reflexes Post Here

I wouldn't use ageless on a SR tank, but for electric you can more or less justify it. With winter's gift as well, it's pretty good half the time, and very very good half the time...
It is, but there aren't any cheaper ways I'm aware of to get complete immunity to recharge slows. As Javelin's Volley doesn't cost that much, its not inconceivable to slot them in an alternate build for content that specifically contains ludicrous amounts of -recharge, and I'm thinking specifically of Tin Mage.

But on a totally different note, your build gave me an idea which will almost certainly not work... but I have to ask:
is the speed debuff in granite/rooted resistable?
EDIT: meh, just realized there are little exclamation marks in city of data that would have answered this for me, oh well, it would have been broken if it had worked.
The cake is a lie! The cake is a lie!

I ended up tweaking your build a little bit, and I'm very happy with the results. As a test (which is what I do generally to gauge tank survivability) I went to Cimerora to take on the soldiers that guard the wall.Other than having to eat a couple yellows to be able to hit them, I had no trouble whatsoever tanking a mob of lvl 52s (+5 to me).
Again, thank you so very much Gobbledygook!
PS - here`s my upcoming new costume for when he hits 50...I call it Cybretooth.

Glad you like it. And may I say that is one bad *** costume.

Willpower has more passive regen than Regen does. Who thought that was a good idea?
Can we get a fix for Energy Melee instead of more new sets?

Of course its not resistable, but I'll be honest and double checked to be certain anyway when I was first thinking about Winter's Gift.

[Guide to Defense] [Scrapper Secondaries Comparison] [Archetype Popularity Analysis]
In one little corner of the universe, there's nothing more irritating than a misfile...
(Please support the best webcomic about a cosmic universal realignment by impaired angelic interference resulting in identity crisis angst. Or I release the pigmy water thieves.)
Staff Weapons pairs pretty nicely with SR. Been running it on test... Guarded Spin + CJ + your melee defense toggle will get you in the 30s to melee defense early on! Hehe. The auto power (forget the name) gets you up to the low 40s. The RNG can still hate you, but he's doing well so far.
Guide: Tanking, Wall of Fire Style (Updated for I19!), and the Four Rules of Tanking
Story Arc: Belated Justice, #88003
Synopsis: Explore the fine line between justice and vengeance as you help a hero of Talos Island bring his friend's murderer to justice.
Grey Pilgrim: Fire/Fire Tanker (50), Victory
*shaking head* He's just so damned squishy, it's frustrating as hell. Does not feel like a tank to me at all.
Here's his build, if ANYONE has any ideas/input/suggestions (that are affordable) to help save him from the "retired due to lack of survivability" pile, I would greatly appreciate it.
Well, here is soft capped with 23% S/L resists. Not even really slotted.
