Crashes during incarnate trials
Gorzon, do you know if there is a particular Incarnate Trial that is causing the problem?
about 6-8 of the league crashed out just before the final room in the new UG trial (last night). but crashing out whilst zoning (anywhere) is my specialty atm

I've gotten a simiilar message ending with "The game ran out of memory and must now exit. " I /bugged it yesterday, but I didn't get it until after I finished an Lambda trial walking around in Atlas.

I have had these crashes during BAF, Lambda and UG trials. Can't say anything about Keyes, I've never participated in a Keyes trial (not popular enough)
Restarting the CoH client after doing 2 trials seems to avoid most of these crashes through, and some other people on the trials today told me they do the same.
I've also gotten this from all trials...including, to a lesser extent, Death From Below. For the BAF and Lambda I can get in 2-3 trials before i need to restart the client or I'll crash. For UG trial it seems to be once, -maybe- twice, depending on how far we get. For Death from Below, I can get in 5-6 before it'll crash. It also eats up memory to a lesser extent when I'm doing a lot of zoning. In all cases, the memory that CoH is using will continue to grow until it hits about 2.6 gigs and crashes. The /unloadgfx or /reloadgfx commands no longer help...there seems to have been a change in their behavior this issue that makes the problem worse for some people.

Apparently the CoH Client (windows AND mac) is behaving as if Memory were an infinite resource ... which, of course, it isn't. It's as if nothing ever gets released out of memory after it gets loaded ... EVER.

I've had the same problem in BAF and Keyes as well as just running around after I've been playing for a while. Restarting the client from time to time helps.

Also locking the league still appears to be bugged causing team rosters to become scattered upon league entry.
This particular crash report is from a lambda trial.

Ever since the update, I've noticed that after a few hours of activity, I will crash. When I crash, I'm usually doing something, like playing the game or zoning. The application will just freeze. It used to be most noticeable during a zone load, but I've been in the middle of regular content, say a LGTF or OB story arc, and I'll just freeze up. Since I'm playing in a team usually, I'm in a hurry to get back in so I'll click X or go to Task Manager to end the process. With other crashes, I would sometimes get the COH crash handler box (allowing me to input some text to explain what I was doing), but not with this freeze.
I've even tried loading into a mission solo and just afk overnight and I will wake up to a crashed client.
My computers used to be handle days of COH running non-stop, now I usually have to restart COH 1-3 times in one evening of play.
Another thing I've noticed is that when I come back, I usually have at least one person in the team, league, global channel, or help chat that also says they just crashed. When it's the same team or league, it's less of a coincidence but of course globals and help could just be because of the number of people online. I do think it more than just random that teammates or league mates crash at almost the same time I do, not many, but there might be something happening that is not 'memory leak' related.
I am crashing all the time now. I have crashed while:
Creating a new character
Transitioning into missions
Transitioning through zones
Zoning into trials
Trying to log in. (crash after I put one letter into the password area)
While trying to type in a MOTD in SG mode
While trying to type in a back story to my character.
While standing in a zone talking to a group of people
Seriously, I am tense all the time during the game because it is like waiting for the other shoe to drop. I never know when I will crash
If you send in a /bug or a petition they tell you to come HERE to find the possible solution. Yet these forums are 7 years old, finding anything here is like finding a needle in a haystack.
I am not at all sure how much longer I can stand playing a game that continually crashes like this.

In the 2nd mish of Tin Mage I crash in the 1st or 2nd mob every time. Reinstalling didn't help. I just chalk it up to "GJ devs"

Nalora, have you tried starting a thread here following the procedures in the [Guide] Asking for technical help on the forums thread? If not, try it and you'll likely get several helpful people posting with suggestions for resolutions.
Your crashes don't seem to be localized to the Incarnate Trials, which is what this thread is about.
If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.

Even more frustrating than the actual client crashes are those 'crashes' where your league is queued up for a trial where you are booted out of the league upon loading into the instance.
This happened to me 3 times today, both times on a 24 man BAF
During the last crash I actually loaded into the instance, got a 'lost connection to mapserver' message and was booted back to Pocket D......

Lambda crashes FREQUENTLY. If I run another trial before it, Lambda will usually crash. If I manage to run two trials before it, Lambda WILL crash if I don't restart before it.
Underground has a chance to crash near the final battle, or on exit due to the length of the trial.
BAF may crash mid-trial or upon exit if I've done any TF or trial before hand.
Keyes may crash on exit, especially since Issue 21.

I crashed after Keyes last night. I zoned into Oro from Keyes and then tried to zone back into Pocket D while attached to a league.
Every 2 or 3 incarnate trials I crash, each time with the same sort of message:
Read failed for file: texture_library/WORLD/streets/elements/Parked_Cars/Parked_Semi/Semi_Cab01.texture
