I was in RV on a villain over the weekend, helping someone beat up the Signature Heroes for the badges. I actually saw someone not on our team - a hero. He sent me a tell, commenting that he hadn't seen anyone in there in a while. He was there to capture pillboxes.
We had a nice chat about the history of the pillboxes and heavies and our experiences in getting our badges.
tl;dr version: Not RV.
the only place i know of thats really high in terms of pvp is freedom, almost every other server has essentially 0 zone pvp and only some arena pvp due to pvp groups who gather to do tournaments

That is a sad statment, I actually transfered to Infinity many years ago with 2 other friends to PvP. It was a lot of fun meeting all the dUmbies and messing around with the brotherhood in RV.
Infinity used to be known as the arena pvp server, maybe someday?

I also shipped my Cold/Sonic to Exalted hoping that some PvP would spring up there.
I miss the old days of Infinity PvP. Then again, it made me so jaded towards the rest of the game that I quit. <.<
As soon as I logged into Freedom RV though, it was on! That place was bumping...
You mean the ghost zones? Trying to find someone randomly to PvP is impossible on any server that isn't Freedom or Virtue.
I've spent quite a bit of time in the Bay getting Shivans lately. On various alts. In all those times I never saw a soul.

Victory is just where I've been running PvP Bootcamps and trying to get players who haven't tried pvp to try it.
So far its been pretty good. Like Shu said, there is a 1v1 duel ladder starting this Saturday with a seeding tourny and most likely the 3v3 (teams of 5) will start in Nov.
Bug's team should be pretty nice, for a while it looked like he might get Well and r0y to come back.
I would love to have a good, nice pvp tourney on infinity, it was fun while it lasted. Sadly for most people i13 came and killed it for them, it was a shame really.
I'd love to PvP again if I didn't have to build around DR -_-
I don't even remember what happened in i13.

There are tons of players in Warburg. They won't fight back, but they are clustered together in groups of 2 or more. Have at 'em.

Does that even work any more? I've tried "clustering" a few times since I21 went live and haven't gotten a single PvP IO drop.

Well, according to their pocasts, they say they're going to be fixing the changes they made with I13, so that should be interesting to look forward to, for PvP zones anyways.
As always though, for those that prefer Arena fights, there is a setting you can change that turns off Diminishing Returns, just a little FYI for those that didn't know.
