Let's be fair to Dolph, it's not exactly like any schmuck off the street gets a third degree black belt in karate. He may be mainly a B-list actor, but looking at everything else he does, he's like Batman-smart.

Just have a sniper shot at a crucial point and when the camera cuts to the sniper have it be Helen Mirren and have her mutter something about boys being boys.

they could get some hong kong action fans happy by having michelle yeoh and maggie chueng. sadly anita mui died a few years ago. maybe nod to the newer generation of female martial arts actresses by having yanyin vismistandanda(the girl from chocolate, who did some amazing martial arts stunt-work) with the two more established action characters.
also, to reiterate, cynthia rothrock still looks in pretty good shape these days.
