Not sure how many are left, but if there are any Big Lots stores in your area, sometimes they have been known to have a couple new packages of the game in stock. Also eBay may be a good option. Just a quick search on eBay turned up some CoV:CE boxes claiming to be new for $10 just now.
You also get the helmats as part of the 51 month vet reward. And the Arachnos symbol as part of the 30 month vet reward. Or after issue 21, Tier 6 and Tier 5 respectively.

How far along the Veteran Rewards are you?
if you are further than youre forum join date implies, it may be more cost effective to wait for Freedom and pick it up as a tier reward.

Hi, I just started this game so I have to wait 52 months (2 long for me

Plus they're not colorable. (The "eye lights" are/might be, but that's it - so the female/Fortunata helm is stuck in a red and blue that's really hard to match. I know this one from experience.)

The type of helmet you got from the code depended on which retailer you got it from.
- EB Games: Crab Spider Battle Helmet (male)
- Gamestop: Helmet Of The Blood Widows (female)
- Best Buy: Arachnos Mystic Helm (male)
- All other U.S. retailers: Wolf Spider War Helmet (male)
If you seriously want the other 3 helmets the only way you can get them is by unlocking the vet reward when Freedom goes live.
Your options are either just one helmet via preorder code or all four helmets via vet reward. There is no other choice.

Hi, when does Freedom go live? My friend said to me that you can get the helmets to when you reach lvl 50, is this correct also? Plus I really like to get the dvd goodies

And we do not have a release date for Freedom. They'll announce it when they have one.
Re: DVD goodies - see the prior comment about Big Lots (or other overstock/outlet stores.) That's pretty much the only way to get it (or overpaying on ebay/amazon/etc. when they show up.)

Paragon Rewards
The Arachnos symbol is part of the current 30 month vet reward, but on the T5 level in paragon rewards.
The helmats are part of the current 51 month vet reward, but on the T6 level in paragon rewards.
It only takes 9 Tokens to get to T5, and 14 to get to T6, you can get both rewards in 13 months or faster, if you spend money on the paragon market. More details about it are in the wiki link posted earlier.

Only see one, and its not listed as 'new' so who knows if the code is any good. Its also only going for 0.99 cents.

Thanks guys, I bought a City of Villains CE already, just looking for 2 helmets (widow and crab). Also can you character use Arachnos outfit for 1 of your appearence?

Make sure if you buy it online - not just thats its had ts code unused but you get the right EU/US version for your client.
I don't suffer from altitis, I enjoy every minute of it.

Considering other pre orders became vet rewards why can we still not get power slide?
A game is not supposed to be some kind of... place where people enjoy themselves!
