It may be having issues, I just logged in but it took 5 minutes for the username/password screen to come up. My connection is just fine; while I was waiting I ran a speed test on my line and got 25 Mbs down/4 Mbs up.

Didn't know if you'd seen this thread yet, Aett. It seems that despite what the NCSoft Launcher is saying the game is not up to date and is trying to contact a non-existent log in server.
I had the same problem and so did several other people.

Not sure if it's related, but I launch the game from one of two ways;

That's because the launcher appends -auth=*.*.*.* which can change pretty much anytime it wants to. Matter of fact, the auth server has changed no less then twice in the last week, I've been keeping http://sgspaces.net/server_status/ up to date on IP changes, and with the latest long downtime EVERY server IP except Beta/Test changed.
