lagging and other issues
Has everyone forgotten that they recently replaced the HARDWARE for all the live servers?
I imagine they're still working out some bugs in the new tech.
I've been having the same issues as the other ppl in this thread and after remembering about, what was it last week, the hardware upgrade that's what I'm chalking it up to.
I am fully aware of the upcoming issue and all the changes coming with it. I also understand that there is new hardware but that still doesnt excuse the fact that as paying customers we expect prompt service as to what the issue/issues are. Having to send four emails to support about my every little detail about my computer and ISP to get an email Your ticket is being escalated and we are looking further into it? Come on you took all day to come up with that generic response?

Unplayable at the moment, having problems since last patch but half an hour ago, this went to plainly unplayable
They have a extended maintaince today again, so hopefully they will fix some of this.

Wow, still no fix? At first I figured a couple of days of this crashing non sense would be ok. But going on 3 days and Support hasn't given me any help. Although they did send a Customer Service Survey request... gonna have to say Fail. If Paragon Studios and NC Soft invested half the money they did into Matt Millers diet in customer service everyones problems would be solved within the hour.

Pretty much yeah it's sad,... my Netgraph still has these issues......
u know i love this game so much that im still here after 7 years and at some point i thought about to give Guild Wars a look after it got a good press but on 2nd thought its from who? NCSoft??? NO never again doing a Game from a company that cant provide basics on a satisfying level, cause it isnt the 1st time i have these Netgraph Issues with CoX while any other Internet Game runs without any disturbances.
So get finally ur Internet Access to servers fixed NCSoft!!!!
Greetings
A whole day of downtime and none of the problems in this thread have been fixed, still crashing ( I never crashed before mondays launcher update ) buff bar missing, rubberbanding like crazy.
Netgraph shows huge red spikes, Time to hire someone that has a clue and knows how to fix this?

Scharrode's pic pretty much shows what I'm seeing as well. I didn't have any issues last night, after the game came back online, but today has been like this for the past couple of hours. After restarting, I was running smooth for about 30 minutes, then suddenly, red spikes all over.

I am still having bad lag and missed packets.
If those of you who are experiencing this could help us out...
run a /netgraph 2 and screenshot/post it if you could.
Thanks!

Both of these are while idle on the final Imperious Task Force mission map.
Just as an aside, this seemed to have cleared up for the most part on Wednesday but it came back with a vengeance Thursday morning.. and has been worse than ever.

If it helps. I am located in central California. My home server is Liberty.

EXACT SAME HERE> NEVER CRASHED...
I just crashed again while in an AE - specifically there with /netgraph 2 to take a screenshot. I crashed so had to post.
Been seeing this problem all week now but has been tolerable until this morning when I was constantly rubberbanding during a renault SF, even died once due to command lag (hit my heal and was dead before it went off).
I didn't catch any screenshots with netgraph then, will try later today if I am still seeing the problem. I am in western washington state on Comcast cable just as an FYI. My ping, download and upload speed are all insanely good as far as speedtest is concerned (63 ms ping, 3.24 Mbps download, 1.27 Mbps upload when testing between my machine and a server in fort worth, texas).
EDIT: Here is a screencapture of the netgraph 2 output I was getting just after zoning into Oro. I was not in a group or a TF, just standing around:

Just curious, what's the diff between netgraph 1 and netgraph 2?

Interesting fact, since friday just 2 hours after my last post my netgraph problems was gone, was online had issues, was talked into a moonfire tf, the 1st missions was bad cause of the issues but then suddenly the red/and yellow spikes was gone and i had the normal green line.....
Over the weekend netgraph was all clear only had 2 times shortly the buffs disappearing problem...
So lets see hows this week will go (Monday 9 AM for me right now), i will be back into the game in about 9 hours .
Greetings
I'm noticing this issue on Protector tonight, again. I'm also noticing that these official forums are behaving in a very similar way, with normal behavior that seems to suddenly "lag spike" then pop back to normal.
See the previous netgraph pics for what mine looks like right now.
Hmm, everything seemed fine this morning from 8:30 to 10:30 am (CET time zone) and all of a sudden, I had huge red chunks on my netgraph and got dc'd while doing a BAF in Freedom, didn't have time to take a pic of the Netgraph, this was 1 hour ago, now I've noticed it takes ages to get in game, server selection screen took way longer than usual, getting in game also took way longer than usual and this is what my netgraph 2 looks like atm. Checked my connection speed and everything seems fine, no problems whatsoever in any other online applications/games:
Not very good at pic editing tbh, but just in case it helps a bit:
Glad it's not just me then!

I am posting a video of what exactly is happening. I can move around fine, but everything else is terrible.
Watch it here, on youtube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c06Ge-1bACo
The original video was waaay higher quality. I will try and create another with better video, but you get this gist from this one.
Okay, lag magically appeared this morning but doesn't seem to magically disappear. Again, broadband speed test normal when tested towards different US locations, every other internet application/game I use normal except CoH. We tried a STF about half an hour ago in Freedom, team leader couldn't get into ANY mish and someone mentioned it's a common MM bug (which is frankly worrying by itself). Half of the team crashed a few seconds after this pic was taken, upon charging against Arbiter Sands:
/netgraph 1 shows no red bars.
/showfps 1 shows no drop in frame rate.
Yet am lagging like crazy.
Plz fix your 7 year old game so it can work on computers.
