In all seriousness though, if NC wants City of Heroes gone it wouldn't be that hard for them. By allowing these updates/issues to be published they are only hurting there reputation. After I get fed up enough with CoH I will never subscribe to anything NC Soft makes. With upcoming games NC Soft and Paragon Studios both need to be concerned with losing customers to superior product and service. -
So far this fake issue which contains no "meat and potatoes" has been nothing more than a disappointment. No new trials, fairly useless iAbilities, and UI bugs... not to mention dumbing down Keyes to a preschool level. Isn't one of the badges called "Loves a Challenge"? There was nothing about Keyes which was un-achievable with a PUG. I hope you don't mess with the Underground since it would seem that's the only challenging thing left in the game for now. Are we supposed to expect weeks of broken game play every time we get a new issue now? Good thing MW3 came out on Tuesday, I thought Activision and Infinity Ward had a bad Development teams... But, I forget about NC Soft and Paragon Studios.

These builds require hours to compile here at Paragon, many more hours to transfer to Austin (we can't just email them), and even more hours on the Ops side to actually apply to the live server and then QA Smoke test. This process has to be planned out well in advance, quite literally weeks, and when we have to implement an immediate build, it puts the breaks on for every other thing surrounding it.
This applies to all build publishes, not just what you see on live servers.
That being said, we will possibly have a build tomorrow to address this, and other, issues which we believe warrant immediate resolution. -
I really like my Beam/Poison I set the 2 poison debuffs to my alt mouse buttons. 1 redraw every 30 seconds isn't to bad. The only issue I have with it is have to be in the middle of a mob for max debuff. But, once I got my tier 3 Clarion I was more than happy to run into the mob after my cone attacks.

I would say Demon/Time is the one MM I would play if I could only have one. I have never had so much fun playing a character. Solo I can kill GM's and AV's with relative ease (Still working on how to kill Lusca solo) and run +4/8 missions. On teams its nice to be able to give a "SB" power (Chrono Shift) and +def power to my teammates. It's also a plus to have little baby fire imps around you're already massively loud Demon team. -
Thanks for the input, loving the additional DPS. I was checking pet combat and there is a ton of DoT's from reactive!

So I have read on a few different posts that pets aren't benefiting from reactive DoT procs. I have a Demon/Time and am about to craft my T4 interface and am wondering would it benefit me more to got 75% Res and 25% DoT or the 75% DoT and 25% Res. Any suggestions would be helpful since I don't want to waste a very rare on a interface that wont help out as much as the other.

Not to put it in your face, but I didn't have any issues my game updated in about 30 mins or so total...
On a side note
IN MY FACE it updated but I can't play it. So don't feel bad if it takes you a while since the server aren't even online yet. -
Wow, still no fix? At first I figured a couple of days of this crashing non sense would be ok. But going on 3 days and Support hasn't given me any help. Although they did send a Customer Service Survey request... gonna have to say Fail. If Paragon Studios and NC Soft invested half the money they did into Matt Millers diet in customer service everyones problems would be solved within the hour.

I am more than happy to wait if it means I can run my game in Ultra mode again and run multiple accounts at once. Granted I was hoping to get to play when I got home from work. But, the recent issues I and other people were having with crashing, power tray being emptied, buff tray being a mess, and tons of red spikes on our netgraph will hopefully be solved with this extended maintinence.

I am fully aware of the upcoming issue and all the changes coming with it. I also understand that there is new hardware but that still doesnt excuse the fact that as paying customers we expect prompt service as to what the issue/issues are. Having to send four emails to support about my every little detail about my computer and ISP to get an email Your ticket is being escalated and we are looking further into it? Come on you took all day to come up with that generic response?

Since last night there have been more developments/issues.
Last night was the buff tray under the health bar not displaying everything or not showing up at all. Aslo displaying old debuffs that no longer had any negative affect on my attributs.
Today as well as having the issues with he buff bar and power lag I have been randomly crashing. I know its not just me since multiple people on my STF were crashing. I personally crashed three times on one STF. Not to mention 2 random zone crashes one in Atlas and one in Nova Praetoria. Opened up /Net_Graph 1 noticed a lot of red lines so i popped up 2 and the bars went all the way to the top of my screen. Because of this I reset my Router and Modem, still having the same issues. Anyone know the root of these issues? Also, playing in Washington State on Virtue server. -
I was in the Shadow Shard hunting Fakes and Overseers on Virtue server and was displaying buff/debuff attacks in my buff bar that were not affecting my totals. Not to mention they were from about 5-10+ mins earlier. Then noticed It was happenning more frequently across all my toons on both accounts. Then once I get to a new zone it starts over, needless to say its rather annoying.

I noticed last night that I am not recieving any form of reward for getting a kill in "Zone" PvP. I am not complaining about the IO drop rate. But, going from 0 rep to 296 I haven't recieved anything; Inf, PT, Insp, Salvage, Incarnate Salvage, or Recipe. Has anyone else had this problem since the publish yesterday?

This is what have come up with. I haven't PvP'd with a blaster since the PvP revamp. But then I don't really consider using a Fire blaster with BU and AIM to two shot almost all AT's PvP : P. If anyone has any tips or changes they would be very much appreciated. -

Now it's time to run some SF/TF's to get some badges! -
SF/TF's aren't broken IMO, with the exception of the MM temp on the BSF. I haven't done the BSF in a while but if the MM used the temp just before the Reichsman gets to 1/2 health he doesn't go "phased".
The only thing I can see *** "broken" is the fact that CoH has 19 TF's were as CoV only has 10 SF's (both numbers include the 2 co-op). Not to mention the fact that CoH has twice as many trials 6 compared to CoV's 3.
SF/TF's are not supposed to "easy". If you put a proper team together instead of just say yes to everyone no SF/TF should be that difficult... Planning ahead and knowing what you need is more important that starting hastily.
So, what in your opinion is so "Broken" about SF's?
