Time Manipulation Design Notes

Not me! I've played an ILL/RAD and a FIRE/THERM to 50 and outside of concepts (I'd have loved to make a Ice/Cold/Ice) I find Trollers are just not my AT for fun. :/

I like the idea of a buff that makes my other time buffs better, and a debuff that makes my other time debuffs better. It's a bit like the combo mechanic from dual-swords, and it puts some focus on Time Manip as being a self-focused set as opposed to a set that provides support for my primary set.
So is anyone here going to make a Gravity Control/Time Manipulation Controller?

I'd only really put Sonic on him because it's the only buff/debuff set I've not used yet, but I never quite liked the aesthetic of it on him. From what I've seen the visuals of Time will suit him better.
Well, that's the beauty of the game, really. You've got something for the straight-up melee guys, something for the straight-up ranged guys, something for the swiss-army-knife guys, and a whole spectrum in between.

But having seen that list before, I've been planning out a build based around it, and I need to make quite a few power choices to fit everything in that I want for the concept (this includes skipping Dual Pistol powers, I've never skipped before, but truthfully only used because I love the animation and ignored a lot of times).

I, for one, want to see an all Time Manipulation team. I think it would be sick. Everything on the map just stops and bleeds to "arrest"

From reading these powers, I think Mind/Time/Stone and Plant/Time/Stone Controllers will make fun melee quasi-Dominators. Hot melee beatdowns. Good times.

Two words: power customization.
Make two sets of F/X available: one with clock faces amidst the swirls, the other just swirls (or even sandy swirls to represent the sands of time). For a powerset labeled time manipulation, its not wrong for players to want F/X that visually embody time symbols.
And how can you overlook alternative F/X for any new powerset without considering power or weapon customization? Or are you planning to sell alternate powerset F/X options at a later date?
Temporal Selection looks extra weak since it only appears to affect healing. If it also gave bonuses to the other buff elements, it would look better - more def, dam, and recharge from the corresponding powers. As it stands now, it's pretty much going to exist for it's own buff values and the enhancing effect seems ignorable.

Looks like a cool set.
And a support set that I will probably actually play.

I'm thinking that Illusion/Time Control look interesting together,but then I like Illusion with most anything.
