I have no Electric Blast characters. And as such I /sign this suggestion knowing it doesn't actually improve anything for any of my characters!
Would make Electric Blast different/better imo.

I like. I like a lot. It always bugged me how 'meh' end drain was for PCs as compared to the crippling NPC counter-powers. /signed

I can agree to adding chaining to Voltaic Sentinel AND Tesla Cage (have it chain off for the T1's damage), it'd make me play the set for sure. I can also get behind every Blast have a small % chance to cause a minor damage chain.

My second character ever made, which ended up being my second 50, is an elec^3 blaster. My biggest complaint was always the lack of the "High DMG" ST blast that is present in most other blast sets. I think adding a chaining effect to Voltaic Sentinel, and maybe a chance to chain to the T1 and T2 powers, would be a great improvement to the set.

I like that idea. The only thing I would add is that it would be nice to add it to one of the personal attacks as well but that might be to much from a balance viewpoint. The only one I could see it working with is Zapp but it would need to be a pretty limited chain (lower damage than Zapp and only one jump).
I would say add it to Sparky/Sentinel and Shocking Bolt from Elec Mastery.
But I will have to unsign this if a small chaining damage bonus means they have to either lower damage on other powers or change endurance drain amounts on the sets.

Just playing around with an idea - don't think I've posted it before.
My first 50 was an Elec/Elec blaster. Kind of a 'signature character' for me (no, none of the MBs are elec/elec blasters.) I've remade that character (literally, new elec/elec blasters) on other servers to see how they've played at different points, and pretty much any electric set ends up with someone "related" to that character at some point. (Other dimensions, etc.)
Electric blast gets complained about, though, for feeling "weak." Missing a blast (because Voltaic Sentinel takes the place of a blast, basically.) I think part of it, as well, is an overestimation dev-side about how useful END drain would be. With multiple electric characters? Sure, it's useful - but it's not as crippling to NPCs it seems. And PVP... well, it was gutted from the get-go.
I also like the newer electric (control/melee) sets with their "chaining" mechanic. To me, this is more of "what sets Elec apart" than the END drain, as far as a noticable "signature."
So, add chaining to electrical blast. Specifically to Voltaic Sentinel in both the blast and assault sets. (I like sparky, but really, as a T9 it's a bit weak in the assault set.) Just because I think it'd be interesting. (While we're at it, and a little more out there, make Tesla cage occasionally zap or sap any OTHER enemy that gets near it. Though it'd take more of a power redesign, I think, turning it into a pet-type instead of a straight hold.)
