From video conception on Friday afternoon during the U-stream chat at SDCC to completion as of this morning! WHEW!

EDIT: The YouTube URL has changed - seems there were a couple problems with the vid so I removed it and reuploaded it. Hopefully that fixed it. It should also fix the problem with an unfortunate example of art clipping *blush*. Unfortunately, this means if you commented on my video earlier via YT, your comment is gone. If you wouldn't mind, please repost it there!

My Money is on Back Ally Brawler, he is the only one without a TF and a place too call home, once The Shivan Destroy Galaxy City, where else is he going to go, Atlas City. Two trainers in What Atlas City or Another Zone, it sound crazy am I right or wrong, BTW Nice Video this is.

Another triumph!

As for "Who Will Die?" I predict the arc will be written so that by the final chapter all eight will be vulnerable, that way they can pick the Designated Receiver at the last minute.

Loved how Citadel died, DR. Synapse, too. XD

You know, watching that made me realize why Manticore won't get killed by a singular entity/villain/thing... he is the only hero of The Eight that is willing to kill.

If he saw someone going after his wife, he'd plug them in the eye.

I am erring on the side of caution. If I said "Autumn 2011", even though mine are not official, the instant September hit, if the issue wasn't live, people would be screaming that "SHE SAID IT WOULD BE LIVE!"

So I'd rather have them mock me for overestimating.

I like it! Very nice work. The "what if" scenarios showing how each member of the Freedom Phalanx might die are really great.

If I may make a suggestion though, if you want to put a date in there, I'd suggest going with, "Coming Soon."

For the LIFE of me, I could not figure out what to do for Synapse and Citadel. I wracked my brains for HOURS trying to think of how they'd go. My husband suggested Citadel going mano-a-mano with a Goliath, and InfamousBrad (shoutout!) suggested Synapse going out doing something stupidly heroic.

I'm okay with this, so long as you have a Citadel outtake where he gets too close to a giant can opener, a la Bender.

Love this Michelle! I am very much looking forward to seeing who is going to die since I love the idea of a living and changing universe (and events taking place to the Signature characters encompass just that).

I don't want to put money on anyone, but I do agree with Venture's earlier post that, toward the end of the story line, it could go multiple ways, and it won't be clear who dies until it actually happens.

You're probably right...

But like I've said in other threads, I'm not averse to signature character deaths. I'm not even averse to (if necessary) off-screen signature character deaths. I'm averse to MEANINGLESS signature character deaths.

Here's hoping the loss (whoever it happens to be) is not meaningless.

Great job, Michelle. I found myself truly wondering about the whole thing and wanting to see the story told now.

I'm going to disagree with Venture, despite the times I've learned the folly of doing that. *laugh*

I go back to Matt in the Ustream from SDCC, calling it a murder mystery and commenting about the player having to decide their part or their feelings about the whole business.

I think they know full well who is going to die and how. I have a feeling that it will be early in the story as a catalyst to the full plot, not the climax of the story.

I love it. Synapse going out with the proverbial bang most of all...

The bit with Scir and Bella playing Ghost Busters with Numina made me grin, too. I can just imagine Kestrel's reaction to that plan given Im's less than stellar history in the Grand Scheme department.
