I'm honestly surprised they don't just sell these in the NCsoft store, especially when Freedom comes out, either go to the con and get it free or if you can't go to the con, buy it through the store.

My friend is running a comic booth at SDCC this year and he mentioned that they were scanning people's passes before giving these out. I remember in past years during PAX it was just a matter of walking up and getting one. Considering these extra efforts they're making to make sure people don't get doubles, my guess will be that Paragon would still like to keep these exclusive and not put them up on the store.

Suprisingly, I haven't seen anyone running around in game with these yet. I logged in today just to see if I'd spot any, but none sighted. I'm curious to see how the arms would work with existing weapons/shields particularly dual pistols.
