Use Project's Projectile Gallery for Hurl
call be silly but is there any point of the video u want us to look at? or u just want anime style hurl?

that's pretty generic superstrength style hurl regardless of country of origin
I want the hurl projectile to be something more than just a rather weak seeming piece of pavement
Shizuo's tendency to grab whatever's on hand (vending machines, counters, cars, street signs, people, trees, etc) just presents a wide variety of objects to make the point

hes basically saying make hurl use the game random item generator that propel uses, so he can pull whatever out of the ground
i would actually support that for more variety and because i like how propel works like that but i hate the power because of long animation time and i dont really care for gravity in general as it currently is

however, of the Vids I immediately am aware of, Shizuo's provide the best hurl examples given that in a lot of cases, the first sign someone he's mad at has that he's around is impact by vending machine

the exclamation points are part of the title
Shizuo there is one of the "Secondary" characters....though, he's in every arc so far and is vitally important to one of them
same people that did Baccano!
Shizuo is listed by the writer/creator as the show's strongest characters and one of the universe's five strongest men, along with a demon, a person I've heard described as a "living black hole", another "human", and some guy whose entire schtick is "strongest man in the history of time"
everything but two bonus episodes is on Hulu right now, no telling when they'll expire it though
minor spoiler, the apparent main character (the kid introed in the first epi) is a decoy....the main is the headless biker
I might make a female version of Shizuo when titan weapons comes out....heck, given my tendency to create multiple builds of the same character to represent different moods or equipment sets, might get a SS/Will brute out to do it

I fully support this suggestion, and have made it in the past, myself. Every time I see my super-giant robot reach down and pull a dinky little rock to fling at enemies, I turn red with embarrassment.
I feel that Propel should throw a subset of random objects from the Propel list, but only the ones that look heavier (so not a potted plant) and aren't too goofy (like a coffin). Fork lift, junk car, air compressor, giant crate, statue, lamp post, that sort of thing.
And if you think it looks odd to pull out a junk car in an office, remember that you can pull out a chunk of asphalt from a metal grate cat walk, the top of a chain link fence or while standing on suspended power cables.

What I wish, was that there was a way to give different effects based on the object it propelled. (Though I realize it's not feasible currently, and that it would probably be widely unpopular for a good deal of people.)
Telephone pole/transformer? add a small aoe energy damage, kind of like how Thunderstrike works.
Chemical drum? Have it leave behind a chemical burn patch.
Car or other very large object? Cone instead of single target.
Bomb? Add AoE fire damage.
Lamp? Have it deal half smashing damage and half energy.
Etc., Etc.
I fail to see why you needed to post an over-long anime video to demonstrate your point. Also, I believe the word in the Subject you were looking for is Propel.

anyway
because it's fun to watch and 3 minutes isn't overly long

Also, I was mostly just confused... since I was expecting to watch a humorous video in which you had your character performing hurl over and over again after having edited in random objects to cover the boulder-thing (intentionally poorly edited, I might add, to add to the effect). Needless to say, I was dissapointed.
That's subjective.

Wouldn't work due to clipping issues.

You could give the hurl animation little scripts that say "If you're out in a city zone, [Hurl] spawns /these/ items" then "If in an office, spawn these items instead" And all you need is a generic/legacy version for a place that doesn't fit the usual areas for specific spawning reasons.
It's less damaging to your suspension of disbelief to throw a car around outside than it is inside an office building that's not otherwise depreceated.
But it it were like Propel, I wouldn't be too bummed about it. I would stick with the rocks :P

Would be cool if there was a way to tag the type of objects that are thrown, based on the environment or tile set. If in an office, your hurl desks, chairs, file cabinets, etc. If on the street, it's cars, trucks, pieces of the street, etc.
"Samual_Tow - Be disappointed all you want, people. You just don't appreciate the miracles that are taking place here."
Something less spastic than that and using propel's item list, ok, I could get behind that as an option.
