But he only uses a Boss class model atm. I.E. looks exactly the same.

It's an old model -- they changed the look of the Nemesis robots waaaaaay back, I want to say in one of the early-to-mid-single-digit issues, but I can't remember exactly when (and neither Paragon Wiki nor Google have provided me with an answer). The old Fakes and Warhulks had a lot of that bright silver trim. I can't remember if the old Jaegers did, too.
