Option 6. You shouldn't have lost any badges by switching sides. I've not heard of anyone losing badges by switching sides.

Which badges are you missing? The explores (and which ones) or the side content?

just the mayhem exploration badges. Everything else is there.
Either this is a REALLY isolated bug, or you never got those badges in the first place.

I lost Isolator once.
Most recently I've found out that I lost all but TWO of my safeguard badges.
And this is on my main. Who has NEVER switched sides.
I've notified Paragon each time I've come across these losses. Unfortunately they either never respond or tell me I'm mistaken.
The last ticket I submitted was closed with nothing more than the automated response.
**ADDENDUM**
Actually, addressing this has got my dander up about the issue again.
Shot a PM off to Zwillinger asking him to put eyeballs on this thread and requesting a response other than "Maybe we'll look at this, maybe we won't" that comes with the automated responses.

I'll forward this along to be investigated when I get into the office on Monday.
Some things to include in the report that could help when you file the bug report (because you are filing a bug report, right? 
)
- Include the character name that this happened on
- Include the exact names of the badges
- try the best you can to provide the date/time when you lost these badges
- If you think that this had something to do with changing alignment, be sure to be as granular as possible with the details surrounding this aspect.

It's been months, but my main, Irresistible Inferno, a Fire / Fire blaster, lost "Volunteer Firefighter". It was her title (Fire / Fire blaster! Couldn't resist!) until I switched to Nimble Mynx for ... something, I can't remember. Then I went to switch back at the end, and...
...I was no longer a volunteer firefighter.
So I believe you all about missing badges.

I believe you, but for the most part the fastest way to get them back is to re-earn them if possible.
If you are already in communication with the GMs, let them know the last time you had them, stop playing that character (it might have to be restored from a backup, so you'd lose all progress you make), and if you're using CIT you can find out when you achieved the badge(s). You can also compare if you've lost any more badges than you noticed or find out if you ever sent that info to one of the badge sites.

O well nothing has happend regarding my request to the dept of fixing stuff in COX.
So it seems i will have to re run all the mayhem missons from hero side.
O the joy of finding someone running the missons on lowbies.
