New Ancillaries (Filling up the gaps a bit)
/signed as usual. Any time this comes up, I'm always for it. If an Archetype has access to both a primary and secondary of the same element/style, there should be an Ancillary power to go along with it. So blasters need a Mind Mastery or whatever...
And just to comment on your Frost Mastery, I say they add Hibernate to it anyway. I know it is a selfish reason, but I do not want to be required to take my Cold/Ice defender over to Villains JUST so I can get Hibernate...

Spines Mastery, with Spines version of Fling Thorns, Thornatrops, Thorn Barrage, and two other things.
Blaster:
Archery, Sonic, Radiation and Pistols Mastery.
My brain has turned to mush now, but these sets would also find place in the Villain power pool choices.
Controller and Scrapper/Tanker Electric Mastery should be relatively easy to figure out. Dark is a bit trickier (since it lacks a dedicated control set)

I think is about time to give us some more choices for APP at least.
I really wish there was a Plant themed ancillary set for my Plant/Storm. Neither the ice shield or earth armor really cut it visually ....

My thoughts on APPs/PPPs in general: To my knowledge, there are eight types of damage available to players: Smashing, Lethal, Fire, Cold, Energy, Negative, Psychic, and Toxic. Every AT should have at least one set that can deal each type of damage. If that damage type cannot be provided in at least one primary or secondary choice, it should be added for an Epic.
So all four melee ATs should get a Psy epic (possibly similar to the Psy attacks Aberrant Rectors get?), Tanks and Brutes should get Toxic, all melee except Tanks should get Ice Melee/Armor or an Ice epic, and so on for all ATs (with the possible exception of EATs).

Personally, I'd just add customization to Weapon Mastery. Have the player choose Thrown Weapons, Bow or Rifle. One choice affects all powers. Caltrops, Focused Accuracy (or is it Targeting Drone?), and Physical Perfection (for the Stalker version) remain unchanged. Web Grenade gets replaced with the equivalent from Trick Arrow or Assault Rifle. Shuriken gets replaced with Snap Shot or Burst. Expolding Shuriken gets replaced with Explosive Arrow or M30. If that doesn't work within the realms of power customization, just give all theree powers from all three "sets", and when you select any one, lock out all the attacks from the other two. Since all three are lethal damage, leave the stats for the attacks the same, regardless of which animation is used (ie, Snap Shot would not be faster than Shuriken, Burst would not have -def, etc).

I'd also like to add that there be a 6th power added to epic/patron pools for having three other powers, so only available at level 49 if all your 41+ powers are from the pool.

I trust you are joking? Setting aside the... "Problem" of including a full-scale Blaster nuke in a Scrapper Epic set, five ranged attacks is far removed from the framework of Epics that Scrappers get access to, which tend to be two ranged powers and three utility powers. I built my Pistols Epic around the Mace Mastery Patron pool, actually, which constitutes three attacks, a utility power and a control power.

First, Hail of Bullets doesn't have to have nuke level damage.
Second, why keep it the same as everything else? I'd rather see more variety in the sets. Why not have a Dual Pistol Epic be all about adding range damage!

I've been thinking about the epic/Ancillary pools, and some of them seem... Decidedly lacking. For starters, there's no ice pool for defenders. (meaning that you can't do a cold/ice/Ice one)

So, without further ado:
Frost Mastery:
Frostbite (Since you can already get two holds from Ice Blast I figured giving a different type of control power would be approporiate)
Flash Freeze (the other control power)
Frozen Armor (Probably without the defence debuff resistance since most other epics lack it)
Freezing Touch (Which is a hold, but is also melee and a DOT, so a bit different than just another standard ST hold)
Have trouble with the last power (which should be some kind of utility/self buff one) Hibernate already exists in Leviathan mastery. Something like Hoarfrost or Energy Absorbtion maybe? But that might be a bit too strong.
