A couple of new body types
1) Body type never has and never will have anything other than an aesthetic effect on a character. No costume part or body type has ever had any stat related effects on a character. Not happening.
2) The Devs have mentioned before how time consuming this would be. They'd need to rework every single pwerset in the game to account for more arms, they'd have to build and rig the thing to look natural (as an animation student I know how long that could take. Its not a short ammount of time)
So, no. It won't be happening in CoX1.

I'd rather have a flat chested female build myself. And that itself may cause problems with animations.
But yeah. they'd have to go about reworking every costume piece, every power set. I'm not against the idea, but I just don't see it happening, and really would prefere the time spent on something more appealing to the general masses.

Good idea, I'd like several new body types, but I think the Devs have pretty much nixed the idea of spending resources on any new animations.

So I was sitting around making another character on City of Heroes the other day and I had an idea, so here it is:
I was thinking maybe that the dev's could put in 2 new body types:
1. A multiple arm huge body type
2. A multiple arm male/female normal body type
What do you think??
I mean they could reduce the damage for them depending on power sets, I mean Super Strength power set tankers/brutes would average the same damage as the normal body type tankers/brutes. Same with the Dual Sword/Dual Pistols, etc.
I personally think a character with 4-6 arms would be pretty cool to make a costume for.
