It's not going live till the 28th.
Loose --> not tight.
Lose --> Did not win, misplace, cannot find, subtract.
One extra 'o' makes a big difference.

Although I though it was Feb 1 also, but I stand corrected.
It was originally Feb 1st. Then they gave a 2 week grace period for the people who missed the initial announcement, so it started at Feb 14th instead of 1st.

So its April 28th, my account has been active since December of last year without any interruption, and I still dont have my vanguard pack! Am I missing something?

My account should have gotten the Vanguard Pack, since it didn't go inactive between Feb 1st and April 18 and was set to auto-renew. I did purchase the Animal Pack during that time, but that shouldn't have affected it.
