Mortimer Kal and a Certain AV
Yeah, the warning was in time for me to get out of range. Was a shock getting stunned through Dispersion Bubble first time though!
It's working as intended. I think it also stuns everyone in the room, which makes the fight easier because the other people in the room walk around dazed for a little bit too.
You were able to get out of range given the warning? I'm shocked and saddened that I'm so slow. It seemed to me that the warning and the power were so close to simultaneous that it was useless except as a pointer to who was causing it.
But wait... you said you got stunned so you didn't get out of range at least once.
After the second time my dominator stayed at range... must resist urge to use hotfeet...
I played on my widower and didnt notice. we took out --->insert name<--- 1st! and then we worked on ole' Monty! The rest was some what easy...darn cascading def! He got lucky twice.

Me: From a certain point of view?
Prometheus: You're going to find that many of the truths we cling to depend greatly on your point of view.
Me: You're right about that. Power Blast is very pretty from a certain point of view. But that point of view is not head-on. <Kaboom> - Arcanaville.
i think the stun from that power is mag 1000 when i had the chance to look at the detailed info
thank god it only lasts like 5 sec

You have enemies? Good. That means you've stood up for something, sometime in your life. Winston Churchill
Seeing as the fight takes place in the "all your framerates are belong to us" warehouse room, by the time I see the warning my character has already recovered from the stun.

I think the counter might be to turn away from Monty. One of the other midnighter AVs in there says something about having to remember to cover her eyes or look someplace else. I assumed that was a clue about how to counter his ability without necessarily needing to trial and error it.
If you just have to turn around, the short timer might be enough.
Or it might be bugged. And/or I might be wrong on my guess that the devs were giving us a hint on how not to be screwed over by a new npc power without any instructions. I don't know.

Though despite his AoE uberstun, he's not that bad. It's a really short stun that at most disrupts your debuff toggles. I think it might be less than 5 seconds even. It's too short for the rest of the enemies to beat you down.

the detailed info of the power says mag 1001 stun for 10 sec, but when i was monitoring my attributes on my fortunata that i was playing, i never actually got mezzed by this and it appeared to only actually apply a mag 6 stun
from what it looks like in the power info, it also says that it affects the other 2 AVs as well, kind of like how fusion and jane tembler can "hurt" each other with their powers

He stuns? Funny, my Brute never noticed.
Ran this last night and loved every minute of it except...
*** SPOILER ALERT ***
Montague's special power warning isn't really a warning. It basically goes off as he activates his 0.5 sec activation time mega-stun. What's up with that? Is it a bug? Is it WAI? Does it come in time for anyone else to get out of the way and I'm just a slow old man?
I can only assume it is so we know which SOB to put on the ground first.
I did love the strike force and I can forsee our villain group doing it often in the future.
