I don't want the first one (I don't need to be told taht I'm too slow clicking the green button, tyvm...), but I would add this, to a bit of risk of the same problem, though -
Highlight the people with at least one Molecular Acid in one color, and the people with the (un-enrage Marauder power) with a different color...

Well the first idea wasn't meant to show who the slowest person was, it was a idea that works with idea #2. If the Raid leader sees that someone hasn't clicked the Enter Que button, the raid leader can cancel the couint down and wait a few minutes, and then proceed once that particular person has returned, or is paying attention.

I like the ideas. I have one more to add though.
I wouldn't mind if we could re-arrange or re-size our own maximized league windows so we could align the teams horizontally instead of the current vertical method. I don't know if there is a way to do this right now. If there is, I haven't found it.
The reason I ask for this is because right now the league window is so tall, it actually covers up most of my map window. I know I could move the map window to another place on my screen but I have so many windows/power trays as it is, something else will have to be moved to its place and that in turn will get covered up. Then there are the choices of minimizing my chatbox to a much smaller size (won't be able to see much league/team conversation) or switch to team only tab (won't be able to see the other the league team's status). None of those options are really desirable.

Actually yeah, that solves my issue. I keep my team/league windows docked so I didn't see the arrow. It's so darn small and it's overlapping the chat window. Thanks and forget about that addition, heh.

This doesn't prevent anything, although it would be nice to see the temp powers go to the team leaders rather than random players throughout the league, at least we can narrow it down to the team leads not to use the temps instead of the many players in the league.

Here are a few things I would like to see added to the New UI of the League System:
- Team Leader Chat Color - Chat, I'd like to see the Team leaders chat in League set to the color of their team, that way people can distinguish team leader chat over all other chat.
