It's funny to hear that this kind of "wardrobe malfunction" can happen to the guys as well as the girls. There's always been that sad story of Jeri Ryan (who played Seven of Nine in ST:Voyager) and her first costumed screen test. Supposedly her first "Borg catsuit" was so tight she couldn't breath and started to pass out while trying to deliver her lines. Of course she was "bulked up" in a slightly different way from Chris Hemsworth.

Didn't they say the same thing happened to Christian Bale when they made the Batman costume? No one believed he'd beef up enough for the role and they had to resize it later when they found out he did. Guess they never saw the Machinist to get an idea of how committed some actors are.
