I love this thread!!

It's like a musical but instead of everyone singing, everyone is quoting Star Trek.

For some reason, in the context of people being endowed with god-like powers by semi-sentient entities, I thought at first that you were referring to Jack Harkness.

Gilgamesh is the first named human - and has a place in legend as a person who is not simply legendary but also historical - and there are very few others who can claim that right.

I dislike the incarnate story very much but at least involving a demi-god like that you can bring it back into a sphere I like
Yeah I have to agree. I hope once we get all of our slots in, the devs add to the end game by giving us alternate ways of getting slots. Praetoria/Incarnates is the suck. Maybe a new power source instead of the Well? Slots from somewhere else?

That's the problem - I love Praetoria for the place and for the 1-20 content but the whole Incarnates thing is sucky IMO.

By the way, the Well has been hijacking everything since 2005; when http://www.amazon.com/Web-Arachnos-C...0448564&sr=1-2 was published and became cannon.

The rest of your supposition certainly makes sense in that context.

Oh and HardRider had the best most apt quote for this thread

If the Well is Ishtar, my Anu is going to be really, really surprised when he gets to 50 and runs Remmie's arc.

That said, do the Waffles of the Furies come with a low calorie truth syrup?

Haha. That was a good typo on my part.

That is how it is hijacking everything. Yeah, that's the ticket.
