crazy lag/rubberbanding

I've been having issues for a while now (read since i19 launched)....but I will say I've been having more issues lately in the morning (when I usually play since I do the night shift at work).
On the Liberty server here; usually I don't get any latency/lag until the server(s) are in the yellow during peek times. *shrugs*

same here on freedom doing ITF and Cimora zone.. I had to log out it was unbearable.

I and several others on Victory are experiencing severe lag, rubber banding, and random disconnects. A regular groupmate and I experienced it last night whilst on LGTF and four of eight members of a Sister Psyche TF experienced it this evening. I had moderate lag and frequent rubberbanding this evening, but not the complete standstill I did yesterday.
A common feature to the issue seems to be that it doesn't effect information coming into the game client-- only information going out of it. For example, you don't see a huge spike in damage messages after yellow or red spikes. You can see the enemies wailing on you and your team, but none of your powers will activate, you can't click on glowies or doors, and cannot click the 'Exit' button after mission completes.
The lag was aweful last night on Justice too. Both in AP and in the one mission I did before I logged off.
Wild citizens in the mission were popping from location to location instead of running. I was *hearing* the freakshow rez and attack and seeing the red numbers appear above my head while still seeing the body on the ground before it suddenly popped upright. A lot of my attack animations were happening after the damage was done or weren't going off at all. Lots of powers getting the revolving circle permanently stuck on them so I couldn't tell when they recharged. It was like a rikti invasion in Talos. Luckily it was my level 50 tanker so it wasn't anything that could get me killed but I did turn down a TF invite with friends because I just didn't think it would be fun with that much lag.
I hope it is a lot better tonight. I have a LAN party planned.
I was having some interesting lag today.
I remember last night I was having terrible lag, and now I can't get in the game at all.
It got so bad last night, while I was on my L23 in Talos, trying to collect Tips, that I ended up logging off for the night.

I've never had any lag or rubberbanding issues but suddenly started having them at about 9:30pm eastern on champion server. Not seeing any computer or internet connection problems - anybody else experiencing issues?
