Very sleek & shiny. The one part I'm having a hard time figuring out, which it maybe just the time & my brain not working, why does it open a CoX launcher when I click "Play Now"? Kind of redundant.
Edit: Ah-ha.. It was my brain's inability to work & follow simple instructions. Gotta us TEST server. *facepalm*
sure would be spiffy if they fixed the *&^%$#* lag during rwz raids and itfs

In the Settings menu (under File) on the Launcher, there's a check box that you can click under Advanced tab (defaults to unchecked) that says "Allow multiple instances of a game to be launched." I'm not sure if this works the way you want, since I don't dual client. You might want to download the launcher now and check that yourself.

Loose --> not tight.
Lose --> Did not win, misplace, cannot find, subtract.
One extra 'o' makes a big difference.

The new launcher beats the pants off the old one in several key ways:
First, links now open in your preferred browser rather than in Internet Explorer.
Second, it applies updates MUCH faster. It downloaded a patch and fully updated the test server in under a minute. It also seemed to download them more quickly as well.
Third, it looks much nicer.

What would've taken me close to an hour on the old launcher, a 180mb patch for beta server, plus applying the patch, took less than a minute on then new launcher.

Running the launcher in the background, as suggested, caused several lag spikes so I disabled it. Too bad, I didn't mind helping with their data collection.

NCSoft is going to have us use their updated Launcher soon. There's a separate thread in the Training Room forum for feedback and bugs. Post now if you've got issues, or forever hold your peace, cause soon it will be the only way you can play the game.
