Completely misunderstand the WTF?

here i was thinking the WTF gave a notice of the well every time it was completed. And then I went back and "carefully" read the announcement after the Notice didnt drop my second and third runs and realized it only drops once per week.

Then I was wondering why the hotfix since only the top level tier of the Alpha slot gave a level shift and wondered how people achieved that top tier already. Again went back and "carefull" read the Alpha "tree" and realized the top 2 tiers apply the shift. . .

I am just returning to the game and I gotta say not only did I not know what WTF was. I missunderstood the meaning of it entirely..

That's the point of the player coined phrase. Its a sarcastic way of mocking the Weekly Strike Target. WTF indeed.

No, I was quite clear on the concept that it would only drop once a week no matter how many times you ran it with the same toon.

Way too easy otherwise.

Maybe we could call it the wTF. That way, we get all the fun of a mocking acronym with less of the confusion.

I can't say I was confused. It was pretty clear that the WST rewards only apply the first time a toon runs the WST and every additional time gives you progress on some badges.
