I'm talking about the in game story of nemesis.
When to paragon wiki to look for info, but in there don't say anything about the relation of Mender Silos & Nemesis or how he started the Rikti War.
Paragon wiki is outdated on the Nemesis stories

Lord Nemesis is an age-old automaton maker, starting off with toys, and working his way up to mechanical war-machines. He has even, in recent years, been able to build robotic duplicates of heroes and villains. With that technology in hand, he basically created robotic copies of heroes like Statesman and Positron, and sent them to attack the Rikti homeworld. When the Rikti traced the origins of these attacks, Nemesis had done it in such a way that the Rikti would think that Prime Earth (the game world) were the ones responsible for the unwarranted attacks on their population. This led them to retaliate against Prime Earth, who thought that THEY were the ones attacked without warrant. Many millions (billions?) of deaths later, the war that Nemesis had started was over.

wiki tells us some of his past...as for his furure we don't know....cause its in the future.....

. The wiki is updated by various players and tends to reflect the different interests that they have. If you feel that the article on Nemesis is missing vital information from the game the best solution is to put it in yourself.

Lord Nemesis is a master of deception, most of the story arcs where you try to fight him, you spend most of the time accomplishing goals for him because he has tricked you. As indicated by Aett and Others, there are times where you get to fight him directly (in theory) but since he always comes back it doesn't look like we ever get to be successful.

This has all along fueled speculation that the letter writer is a future, past, or alternate universe version of Lord Nemesis. I'm not sure that anything in the Incarnate arc solves the argument 100%.

To expand on what others have said already:
He conquered the US for a short time with an army of machines and a bunch of bombs placed in important cities.
He is just a brain kept alive inside his armor, but has been stealing information and technology from Crey's Revenant Hero project. There was debate over this was because his original brain was getting too old and dying and he needed a new one, or because he was hoping for a new body.
He has attempted mind control/psionics as a way of getting a new body.
Mender Silos may or may not be "a" Lord Nemesis.
The Oroboros Letter writer may or may not be the same, or a different Lord Nemesis.
Lord Nemesis has on multiple occasions tricked people into attacking his own troops when it serves his purposes.
Lord Nemesis doesn't have a fully functioning portal of his own, but he at least has an unreliable one that lets him get to alternate universes. He does raid portal corp from time to time and he has access to the Shadow Shard, but he doesn't have access to Rikti Earth anymore.
Lots of Nemesis stories are found from contacts in Brickstown, Founders Follies, the Rikti Warzone, Shadow Shard, and Peregrine Island.
All of the above may be false due to Lord Nemesis planting fake information (IE anything above could just be a Nemesis Plot).

What I know about Mender Silos I got from Ramiel. After you finish the arc one of the many questions you can ask him is "Who is Mender Silos?" and he confesses that Silos is indeed Nemesis. Ramiel also warns you not to judge him from his past because people change (or something to that affect). But you are right, we don't really know anything about the relationship between the current Nemesis and Silos if any.

Nemesis always has a Xanatos Gambit running. Sometimes it's Xanatos Roulette, and sometimes he gets in a Thirty Xanatos Pileup (generally with other versions of himself).

After researching, I think I have an answer to what the Coming Storm might be... Though it's all speculation...

Hro'Dtohz claims that through his failure in the first two Rikti wars, and to save himself the embarrassment of revealing the truth about how the first two wars started to his troops and homeworld, he would rather "bring enough troops across to wipe out everything on this Earth: he is going to bring over the entire Rikti military from the Homeworld" as quoted from the Wiki. Well, after researching somemore... Mender Lazarus accidentally refers to the Coming Storm as an Invasion, before correcting himself.
But the single most important link...
"Mender Silos mentions that his past self was somehow involved in the end of the world, which spiraled into the end of the entire Universe."
Mender Silos WAS Lord Nemesis. Lord Nemesis started the Rikti Wars. Because of Lord Nemesis, Hro'Dtohz wants to wipe out Earth. The Coming Storm could very well be the final Rikti Invasion.
Just a thought...
Nemesis does most of his best plotting sitting on the can.

We no now since the Incarnate Story Arc Came out, that Mender Silos is the Future Lord Nemesis, rearrange the letters of Mender Silos and you get Lord Nemesis, When you talk to Mender Ramiel in Ourobos he will tell you if you ask Who is Mender Silos he will tell you it's Nemeisis.
Also you got your info wrong about the Rikti being made by nemesis that hasn't gotten Conform yet, in fact we don't who did change the humans of the Rikti Dimension into what they are today, what we do no is The Rikti see them as gods.
