And then the red one at the end is all "We can do this together!" and proceeds to solo the entire group...

Have to say, those Samurai Rangers look melee-tastic.
Don't care for the helmets but I can live with it.
And who'd they get to voice that villain? The Media Hunter?
maybe it's been a while...but the voice overs don't sound right...

On the plus side

I feel dumber now. Although I'm pretty sure that's a decent explanation why brutes dont get broadsword.
Willpower has more passive regen than Regen does. Who thought that was a good idea?
Can we get a fix for Energy Melee instead of more new sets?

Okay, attempting to be serious in a thread that simply demands one not take it too seriously, I'll have to point you to Linkara's on-going History of the Power Rangers. Most of the original Bandai Produced Power-Rangers used some kind of special morpher.
I mean, if you are going to be doing colored spandex, giant robots, monsters that grow, and Samuri that are dressed like Ninja... why not do something wild and fantastic for the morpher? Why use a common and mundane item?
I mean, come on. I want to see these guys materialize a dagger in their hands, sweep in a circle with the dagger becoming a katana, and then they slice the air, dive through a Rift that the Katana Creates and Emerge as Rangers!
haha lol. my nephiew told me about this lol. he said the director of season 1-2 is in this one and that he propably gonna use some of the originals next year. i remember this show when i was a kid. it was awesome. uh . . .90s

I'm curious about how they will handle the calligraphy transforming aspect of the show. And obviously they won't do Blue's "day job" as an aspiring Kabuki actor.

Cell phones as morphers again makes me rather sad. The part at the end seems like a Power Rangers version of Dynasty Warriors.
