A good Monday night for Firefly memories.

Not only we had the regular Adam Baldwin on Chuck but Summer Glau as this week's Gretta. Is she ever offered a role where she isn't crazed in some way?

And Nathon Fillian slipped another subtle (or not so subtle) Firefly reference in tonight's Castle.

She wasn't crazed on The Unit.

Doesn't every Castle have some subtle Firefly reference, even if it's just something seen in the background?

I haven't really watched Castle, but I do like how the makers of The Big Bang Theory manage to work in references to City of Heroes in many of their episodes. I've seen the "Statesman Star" being worn as a T-shirt or on a poster in many of the episodes. I guess there's some question as to whether those "product placements" are authorized by NcSoft or not but I guess gaming nerds will support the games they love regardless.

I'm sure the NCSoft is fuming over the free advertisement, oh wait that's Disney that sues people for stuff like that.

I a mtoo lazy to look up or recall the Firefly reference from Castle last night, though this isn't the first time I heard it.

Care to enlighten the unenlightened?

When they confronted the Chinese workers we spoke to them in Chinese (something like "tell her where he is or she'll start shooting because she's crazy" or something like that).

Beckett asked if he learned to speak Chinese while on an exchange program and he said no he learned it from his favorite TV show from 5 years ago.

That was good, but I loved the look on Castle's face when Beckett said "Let's just stick it in and get it over with." (or thereabouts).

They ALL float down here. When you're down here with us, you'll float too!
