You don't have to set either TF for "Zero Temps, Zero Defeats" for the master badge.
The Master badges for these TFs are for getting all the badges associated with them.
You don't have to get all badges in one run.

It's basically one of those Accolade type badges that you get for getting a set of other badges only it calls itself a "Master of..." and it's under Achievement.
