I just finished two overnight missions in a row. Exhausted does not begin to describe how I'm feeling right now. On the other hand in 30min I'm going to finalize the purchase of my first house. Good-bye rent! Hello mortgage! And taxes, insurance, etc, etc...

Pretty darn good. A little tired the last few days but so often in the last few years I've had insomnia due to bad things it is nice to be too excited about good things to sleep.

And I had one of the best made hashbrowns and Sausage Egg McMuffins at my McDonalds this morning I have ever had.

Now I am waiting to get my origin capes later today.

total kick to the gut

This is like having Ra's Al Ghul show up at your birthday party.

I want a drink. a cigarette and a night in a New Orleans bar.

Anxiously awaiting the end of the work day. I ordered a bunch of expansions for Last Night on Earth that should arrive today, and I'm looking forward to some new ways to survive the zombie apocalypse.

I'm sore thanks to deciding to raise my lateral pulldown, squat, and overhead press weights all in one go yesterday. (The upside to this is feeling awesome about pulling it off.) And I need to take out the trash, pay the rent, and get groceries when I get home. Only my recent acquisition of the entire Led Zeppelin discography comforts me. Also the fact that I will once again have Greek yogurt and cashews after I get groceries.

Having Vengeance and Fallout slotted for recharge means never having to say you're sorry.

Heh, true, though back when i worked grocery, i knew a lot of older guys who retired and were so full of energy that they couldn't sit still. setting your own time is nice, , but i notice most retired people i knew couldn't not work. in fact i pass an ex mail-man every day to the car, he is always up pornographically early.

plus, those who know me know that the second overtime is whispered about, ill be doing 6 day weeks again

Today... glad.
Glad to not hear the phone ringing every 20 minutes with yet another automated "get out the vote for so-in-so" call.

Ahhhh... the silence is golden.

I'll be helping my friend tonight... pickling...
So, I'll prolly end up going to bed with my hands and hair smelling of vinegar, dill & garlic.... mmmmmm.

Meh.

In no particular order...

My... ah hell... white box that plays things that we can't talk about died last night, and customer support was abominable.

I hate the cold. And my throat has been bothering me for the last two days, but hopefully that's from screaming at people Saturday night and not me getting sick.

Been sending out emails to friends of mine in regards to that ghost hunting thing I mentioned in the other thread. Figured "Why not?" in regards to a female friend's friend, even though said friend strikes me as... icy... and I sent her an email too. She responded, faster than I expected, and apparently positively, but I -still- can't help reading the response in a sarcastic tone. So... dunno.

Webcomic seems to have hit steady traffic. Might have to dust off the drawing board to finish it myself though. >.<

And 10 days until my possible silver screen debut. *crosses fingers*

Tales of Judgment. Also here, instead of that other place.

good luck D.B.B.

Haha, I hear you there. At my office, we leave local radio on, and there was this particular commercial that had the Gordon Gekko "Greed. Is Good." clip and the damn thing was played ad nauseum for like a freaking week. Good gods I was ready to strangle Michael Douglas last week.

What's the name of your webcomic? I read lots of webcomics so I am curious about yours.
Also what do you mean when you say silver screen debut? Are you an actor, if so have I seen you in anything?

Except I'm young enough where I'm starin' 70 years of boredom in the face...

Haha, known actor? Nah.

I was an extra in Unstoppable, which is out on the 12th. Don't know if I'll actually be visible in the movie until I see it though.

Ahhh... background work. Been there, done that a few times over.
No T-shirt, but I have stories.

Got up early to get rid of Hubby today... NO! get that out of your head!
Took him to the airport.

Consequently, due to this morning's agenda, I was not able to give my back its usual heat treatment.
I have a disk that is pinching my sciatic nerve (root).
It hurts a bit.
