NASA will be broadcasting the entire Curiosity landing via webcast beginning August 5 at 8:30 p.m. PDT / 11:30 p.m. EDT.
The landing itself isn't happening until 10:31 p.m. PDT (1:31 a.m. EDT).

EDIT: Ah.. the 'live' feed was what we got from 14 minutes ago and not a simulation of what they hope was happening. So.. gratz!

Already got thumbnails of the first two images transmitted. The first one was mostly just a dust cloud, but the second one is a clear image of Curiosity's shadow on the surface.

.. unless it crashes into one of the other rovers, mashes together, gains a real A.I., then mashes into the other rover and perhaps other landers, and becomes....

The Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter was able to take a picture of the new lander coming down on parachute.
Edit: My bad, originally credited the MRO for acting as the comm relay. Forgot we actually have more than one orbiter around Mars that's still working. The Mars Odyssey handled the comm relay during landing.
