Yes, in the patch notes and discussion.

The new content is the Halloween tip mission you discovered. There is a badge for each ending you choose, and a small accolade (no power) for getting all the badges.

Might wanna add that the Meticulous badge unlocks the witches hat costume piece if you havent already unlocked it (thus villains can get it now too!)

So, I was ToTing earlier when all the sudden I got a treat... that was a tip. A Halloween tip.
Sent me to Praetoria to get the Malleus Mundi from the CoT where they hid it.
Anyone else see any new additions to the Halloween Event?
