Is there a known bug with Council Radio Mish's?

Hey All,

My Character is level 34 now and I find that when I select Council Mish's there is the Odd low level (22 or so) foe walking around, I'm set to 2x/6x settings so it's strange that with all the Orange and Purple foes there is a gray one.

This happens only with Council, not Freaks, CoT, Arach or anyone else.

Is this known or something new?

I've had that happen from time to time and I've only seen it in the mid 20's to upper 30's.

I just /bug it and move on, it's not common enough to worry about and to me it's good for the occasional chuckle when it does happen.

Happens alot with a number of villian groups. You can bug the mish or not worry about it.

Standard spawning bug for pretty much all missions with them in that level range. Happens in Citadel, Hess, and Moonfire TFs, Scanner missions, Paper missions, Tip missions, Contact missions, whatever.

I have taken to calling the low level counsil 'Interns' it's spread amongst my friends. It is common enough and not a big problem as it's usually one, if that, in an entire mission.

Council powerlevels. Very dastardly and sinister. They are trying to catch up to Nemesis in terms of army size.

1 little lowbie isn't going to screw up your mission much. Once you start seeing every enemy Spawn as a Giant Monster though... Bring an Illusion/Rad controller.

Of course, the fun part is the other problem, known to pop up every now and then on the Manticore Task Force - instead of Paragon Protectors, you get Paragon Protector Elites... which spawn at a minimum of 40.

Manti is 30-35 TF

That one's been fixed as far as I know. It used to happen all the time, but I've run manti on almost a daily basis for the last 6 weeks and haven't seen it.

Even back when it happened, a good team was only slowed down a little bit. ^_^

As I recall, Council have had the odd grey mob appear in spawns, in radio and non-radio missions, for quite some time.

And boy do I miss it! Sure, they're five levels higher than anyone on the team, and can do tons of damage, but I always have defenders with me, and the PPE's don't have godmodes, so they tend to take less time to kill than the regulars.

I've been here since launch, pretty much. I'll believe that problem is fixed AND GONE FOR GOOD(!)... probably never :P

Your /Radiation Blast Defenders need to be fired if they're not Cosmic Bursting the regular PP's to prevent the MoG.

And to stay somewhat on topic, aren't there specific Council foes (and some from other villain groups) that have a maximum level spawn, so when they show up, they're stuck at level 22 or 27 or whatever their max is? I think that was one of the reasons they appear, the name of the enemy is coded in but that enemy has a maximum level. Or maybe I just had a lot to drink one night.
