How about killing of Statesman...and other possible avenues as such.

The whole Death of Statesman thing does kind of suck in some regards but I can see some of what they might try doing with it as well. Statesman is gone but (I think) Tyrant is still there, Arachnos still lives and plenty of other horrors might come out of the woodwork once the pinnacle superhero is gone. What I actually wonder about more is if they're going to use it as a kind of launch point for other big arcs in the game and maybe alter the world or use it to introduce some new plots.
