The citizens of Paragon City and the Rogue Isles are equally restless on Virtue! Reports are indicating suspicious activity in Faultline and Nerva.

Yeah, waiting 50ish minutes in Faultline for something to start to get a "Congratulations, you've all won!" message was ... kind of dissapointing.

Thank you for the event, Avatea.

P.S. Was personally amused at how many folks actually saw the flyer and met at the restaurant instead of somewhere more iconic like the Big Donut. It was chosen as an assembly area since Avatea last reported suspicious activity in Faultline and because it's a nice open area with good food and discoteca <3 .

First time I've actually made it to one of these events, was a fair bit of fun even if the lag was sort of atrocious.

Woo--my first event and title too, was pretty neat--though a bit crazy! Low Framerate and High Ping are never a fun combination, but it was still fun in knowing that I wasn't alone, hurr hurr!

*Thanks to the Admin folks for setting it up! Was a nice little change of pace!

Yes, it did happen blueside. Faultline had 50 people in it at one point, most if not all gathered at the afore mentioned restaurant. Then Avatea announced the invasion of Longbow redside and Arachnos in AP and PI so my group headed to PI where we were swarmed by spiders. Then the attack seemed to stop, but someone heard there was more in IP. So we headed to IP where, sure enough, there was enough to turn the zone into slideshow mode. That's where we encountered Mako, Scirocco, GW, and Scorpion, and a whole webworth of freshly hatched spiders. (rows and rows and rows and even a trail of the mistresses leading eventually to more of the AVs)

After an hour, the event was over, and two teams went out for calamari as dessert.

Greek was asking for screenies so I'm thinking he'll be posting some. If not, I'll try to post some later.

((Then why were we supposed to be in Faultline if there wasn't going to be an event in Faultline? I logged my character in in AP (nothing was going on) and was in Faultline shortly after 7. I feel cheated. >:l ))

They changed their minds? Or maybe Arachnos thoughtthe invasion would go more smoothly if they misdirected all the heroes.

There were several bright red global announcements in chat, including the announcement for heroes to head to AP and PI. I logged in shortly after 7 myself (on villain-side) and I saw them, so they must have been posted between 7:05 and 7:10. Sorry you missed them.
