Not getting a set bonus

Do you have five (or more) other 6.25% set bonuses on the character?
The Rule of Five states that each set bonus may only be earned up to a maximum of five times, regardless of its source. There are exceptions for bonuses which have the same effect but different names, but that doesn't apply to a 6.25% Recharge bonus.
According to this page, several pet, debuff and mez sets offer that bonus. I suspect that you're over the cap.

Most bonuses from IO enhancement sets do not appear as power icons in your status. How did you determine that you didn't get the bonus?
Did you check your recharge rate in the Combat Attributes window? Does the set bonus get listed in your Personal Information window (below your powers, as a Large recharge bonus)?
You won't really notice a single 6,25% bonus in casual play unless you look closely at your timings (and then it wouldn't be casual play any longer).

Just checked on one of my characters and I am seeing a bonus for Posi in my combat attributes.
Assume you aren't exemp'd below the level at which the bonus would apply?

Just to confirm and I'm sure you already know about this but you do have the Posi IO's slotted into the same power?
If you aren't exemp'd and don't already have 5 of the 6.25% recharge bonus then it sounds like a bug.

Also out of curiousity, what power do you have Posi's 5 slotted in? Has it been changed to no longer accept Targeted AOE sets?

Weird. Is trip mine treated as some sort of pseudo pet and that pet is getting the recharge bonus?

Actually burried in the patch notes for i18 trip mine no longer accepts targeted aoe io sets. Just another nerf I've had to deal with. Well now I have to respec my build, sell the ios on the market and hope I get my investment back and hope I get enough money to put another set in.
1st they borked the pet ai, then they nerfed my missile swarm and now they changed sets on me. I'm starting to take this personally.

And Incendiary Missiles wasn't nerfed. Well, actually it was, but Castle has already stated that it was an unintended side-effect of the Burn patch changes and that he'll be fixing it.
The trip mine change, I feel for ya. It makes more sense to have TM take PBAoE instead of Targetted (Ranged) AoE, but it does hurt a bit.

So my level 50 bots/traps Mm has five slotted Positron's blast, but the 6.25% recharge bonus is not in his stats or listed under his powers. Anyone else experience this?
