Yes! Give me glowy pistols! Even if they'll still shoot ordinary bullets...
Makes a lot of sense to me and I sincerely hope the Dev's take this one on board!!!!

But I didnt see them in action. I think those blades are just so badass, and I want them!
Also, the last unlockables weapons I remeber was roman weapons.
I think is time to add more with I19.

Resistance weapons will probably be unlockables at some point.
I highly doubt we'll ever get Nightstar's blades, since she is one of the signature characters, and we've never gotten any other signature character's unique pieces.
Not that I have anything against it personally, I just don't think we'll get them.

We need the resistance pistols and riffles for 2 reasons:
It just make sense since we got the costume set
We need some weapons with glowing parts!
Concerning Nightstar blades, we need to get them because they look so badass! Would be perfect for dual blades.

But yeah, some actual high-tech looking weapons outside of the VG Redding Rifle would be fantastic.
And the Clockwork arm-blades would work for Dual Blades and claws. So I see a Win/Win there.

I would love the resistance pistols too - maybe the devs are waiting for when I19 comes out and everyone will have access to Praeotira and they will make them unlockable with the resistance defeat badges

I've commented on this before, but it's certainly a start that the NPC costume options that came with Going Rogue were unlocked by default. Probably due to money changing hands in order to access them, but it's a start.

Who knows, with any luck we'll get an Energy Rifle (extension of the Bots MM attacks) set to use the Resistance rifle and heavy barrel, and a "Plasma Bolt" ammo type added to Dual Pistols

Eh... Make them all unlock with a Praetorian Explorer badge.
Which one? All of them. Get one Explorer badge, get all the unlocks from Praetoria. That way you keep the "New pieces" in the hands of players who bought Going Rogue as an added benefit (above and beyond the current costume unlocks)

After playing around with it as a temporary power, I think they should let you unlock the Chaingun for the Assault Rifle.

Basically, if it -has- to be an Unlock (And from the Dev's track record, it will) I'd rather it be an -easy- unlock. Rather than Praetorian Merits or the reward from a TF.
