Strange Happenings in the Hive (Hamidon Raid)

The Scientists of Paragon City looked at their records together with the PPD findings and a few Hero reports.
They did not like what they saw.
Some time before the Heroes had been called in to defeat the monstrous being simply dubbed: The Hamidon.
The sightings and reports gave a new indication that this being would once more rise to threaten the city again. They gave a nod to the PPD Representative and he gave a sigh.

That is right, the 4'th of September (about 2 weeks from now) we will once again be going up on the big blob called the Hamidon in the Hive.
Please report for spawn duty before 7pm BST as I hope we will be able to start at this time. The more that reports and are in the zone when we start the better (cause we will be able to start earlier).

If we need more EoE's I'll host a few Hunts the 2'd week.

Please read the Hamidon Guide that is Sticky on this forum to update yourself on the battleplan.

Even got multiple choices this time - would love to take my Dark/Pain corruptor on a trip to the hive, but should also have my fire/fire blaster slotted up by then. Otherwise there's always the emp.

(Should be able to lead a taunt or scrapper team if needed, either from the pain or the emp.)

I think it's about time I actually partake in a Hami raid. I've never, ever done one, and I don't understand why. Count me in; I'd love to bring my namesake along for the ride.

Never done a Hami raid either so I think I'll give it a try.
Though as a AR/Dev Blaster all I can really do is faceplant in a totally badass way.

Still eagerly awaiting a red side Raid... Maybe in 3 weeks when I get back I should co-start one there?! Do we have a tactical for a red side one?

Sarge decided he wanted to give another player the chance of leading Hamidon tank team, so I hope your feeling up for it Night.

I still need a leader for the Lockdown team (Holder team) and a member of the Aux team would be good.
Team Lockdown's job is simply keep those pesky green mitos held and do what you can towards the raid force's success.
Team Auxiliary's job is to lead those players that do not get into the main team to where they can be used best. If they are alot of ranged attacks.. then helping the Ranged attack team to fight. If they are mostly melee.. well help with attacking and killing the Yellows...etc etc. This team is the team that is assembled last, it is diverse, it is maybe the easiest (or hardest) team to control. But it is an important one.

So if anyone new or a vet wants to take the helm of a team, please do say so.

EoE's will be hunted for after the weekend. I'll put a notification of it on "Union Raids" channel, and "Union Taskforce". (And mention it on Sals)

Next Weekend

If you need any assistance I will attend it with Neutronic Girl, wondering if SGT will be attending like he usually does, and if so ill be assisting him whatever he is upto.

Turns out I've a family occasion on the fourth, so I'll no longer be coming. Not that it can't be done with one less person, but I'm mildly disappointed that I will manage to not partake in a Hami raid once again.
