It's an interesting Idea, but if implemented they'd probably do it as another Icon/Facemaker employee rather than Arbiter Fabulous. AF's great, but what is "a lot"? The little interaction I've had was while working with the City Scoop; I know a lot more about people who frequent the Player Questions section, and based on my personal experience, they've done more. Where do you draw the line?
There's very few references to players within the game:
- Coyote in the hero tutorial is Koyote, an extremely helpful player during the game's beta, who died just around the game's release.
- Smoke and Mirrors (Twilight's Son) is a story written by Troy Hickman... but he wrote the story for the licensed CoH comic.
- Ascendant got one line from an NPC at the train station referencing his roleplay
- Paragonwiki is mentioned in a loading screen tip

With respect to Arb Fab, I really don't think he has stood out from many other fine folks to get a TF contact named after him.

I'm sorry but... who is Arbiter Fabulous? I really have no idea who this person is, and don't understand why they deserve a TF named after them. Heck, I'd support a Sexy Jay TF first.

Author of the "Because I Have to Look at You" column in the City Scoop. Other than being a player and regular forumite, I honestly don't know what else he's done with relation to the game.
Equation has also cosplayed Arbiter Fabulous at HeroCon

Equation has a number of AE arcs that sort of serve as his own unofficial TFs. You could always check those out.

hmm I dont know if a TF with the name Fabulous in it can be taken seriously, Fab maybe, but i think Fabulous can be used else where to make the name shine better.

I am deeply humbled and honored by your suggestion, beyond words. However, I actually do side with the rest of the playerbase on this one. 
The game has done alot for me already. My redesign of Trina ((yup, Red. It was mine, Posi changed the hairstyle when he put it in)) is in game. the concept that I as a player have affected something in the game on a permanent basis is unbelievable.
At HeroCon I was one of 5 who received a participation award, getting a free year of City of.. not to mention Team Fabulous tied for first in the live mission event, getting me another free 60 days.
2010 is the year I don't pay a dime for this game, and still, I won a headset in the raffle at Pax East..
At Pax East someone even called out. "For the love of all that's holy, Fab, do you HAVE to win EVERYTHING?!"...
Reginald Fabulous is a fun character to play, and the costume of him gifted t me by the amazing Cende is something I treasure. I plan on playing him for a very long time...
Would I like a TF based off him, SURE, what player wouldn't... but I've GOTTEN more than so many, to get a TF of Fab would be so dang close to favoritism, if not blatant favoritism... I respect the devs and this game too much to sully their public image with my pink cape.
Now, if you are seriously wanting to do something, if you STILL feel there needs to be a Fab F.. make one in AE, I'll run it gladly, heck, might run a contest or something involving it! I'd be deeply honored.
Or, join me, all of you.. in going after the new threat that spawns terror in our hearts...

Okay. As we all know, the devs are attempting to get several NPC costume parts available to players, which is awesome. And as the devs seem to love to have an in-game reason for everyone, a few of us came up with an idea.
), and use the giant portals to transport to missions.
The Arbiter Fabulous Task Force!
Arby Fab (not a dev) has done a lot for us in game, so maybe it's time to give back!
This TF would involve contacting the Arbiter in Pocket D, to allow both heroes and villains to partake, and because it's his native habitat (
Each mission will involve taking on an NPC big wig to obtain his or her group's costume parts for the Arbiter to mass produce for everyone.
Now, the little details are unknown save for the fact that the final mission should be to obtain Sunstorm's Kheldian sash!
